    Anyone from streamate? registration issues

    I registered a model under my studio account, Model was rejected because the Mexican Identification called an IFE does not clearly show the holders 's date of brth. Sent customer service a instructional pdf and explaination on how to read the ID. Issue was resolved and I was told no more issues with the IDs. The model started working and made more money than she had on MFC. Decided moving more models to SM, registered another model, same issue, rejected for the ID. I have a bunch more models that I was planning on registering today but I would like to talk to someone first so that I dont have to deal with the rejections over and over again. Any Help?

      Had that issue for a bit with some local ID card here in Quebec Canada.... I recommand you to upload your 'how to read' file everytime you upload that type of ID for a month or two.

          yeah, i will probably have to do that but obviously would like the easiest solution

              Perhaps you have to wait until every streamate employee will have learned how to read mexican ID's, you teached to one only

                  Maybe I should give them a seminar on how to read international ID's. haha

                  I am not complaining really about their customer service, they have responded quickly to my previous emails and resolved my last issue very quickly, in like one or two days. Just hoping to talk to someone higher up the chain to not have future issues.
