I was just a few years ago that the Texas state sodomy law was struck down. There was a case where a gay guy had two gay friends staying with him. One of them was a guy he had hooked up with in the past and the other was a guy he was trying to hook up with now. The Ex was drunk, left to go buy some soda from a vending machine and got pissed off. He called the police and told them a black man with a gun was entering the apartment.
