If you are talking about Race, then he is white. He is Not black hispanic. He is white hispanic or at least claims to be. The only reason Hispanic is on the race card was to be PC back in the day.
Race is White, Red, Yellow and Black. Everything else falls into some sort of combo.

She not messing up their case if thats what he said. They obviously already knew what she would say. If thats what he said then she is supposed to be honest. I dont understand what her intelligence has to do with the facts of the case. The biggest hurdles for the defense will be that Zimmerman exited his vehicle and that Martin had none of Zimmermans dna of him, nor was any of Martins dna present on the weapon. Precious cant mess up this case.

I am not paying attention to this other than what is pushed in my face. She testified that she couldn't read cursive... and could not read very the statement she signed. When asked why she thought race was brought into it, she said it was because Martin called him a "creepy ass cracker" on the phone - then when asked, insisted that's not offensive, racist or insulting. She is the main witness and she's 1/2 a retard and has done absolutely nothing but make the prosecution look bad. A star witness that isn't credible and can't be believed. Thats a problem. Her intelligence is very relevant in that it affects her ability to be a credible witness for the prosecution,... as we are seeing now.Last edited by TheSquealer; 06-27-2013, 02:05 PM..
