In a conference with reporters on Monday, Assange said that he was limited in what he could say about Snowden due to security concerns. He denied reports that Snowden was spending his time at the airport being debriefed by Russian spies.

They have always done what was reasonably possible to not release info that would put anyone in danger.

The hypocricy is that it is ok for him to decide whether it is ok to withhold something due to "security concerns" but it is not ok for other entities to decide that.
