More WSB News, 27 Declined Rebills?

I was crunching some numbers and noticed that sofar this month I had 4 declined First Time Transactions. Pretty normal.

Then I noticed I had 27 Declined Rebills, for a total of $726.65 lost.

I can understand how first time buyers get declied due to cc fraud and what not. However, im not clear how one can get 27 Declined Rebills.

I can undersatnd if 2-3-5 even 10 rebillers have no more funds in their cards, but 27! what are the odds?

Can someone please help me understand this?

Ray

It all really depends on what percentage of your rebills that was.

thats a *lot* of failed rebills at once, especially if they are not all first-timers... when you check, are these people who have had successful rebills in the past..?

Its the first program I push (except Karups Pc) that shows declines. Therefore I cant compare, however I assume 27 declined REBILLS is somewhat excessive, right?

i do much better with wsb than cc bill in regards to sales for CFF.

when the only thing that changes is a linking code its easy to see the difference.

I had traffic going to them for 3 months using one code, made sales everyday, switched it to cc bill no longer the case.

no rebills either.

My wsb is rebilling like a motherfucker though.

I agree totaly, however what Im am asking is: Is it normal to have 27 declined rebills? Lets not forget, these are rebills, they already are/were members.

Can you find out what credit cards they were? Visa or Mastercard?

Just thought of something. Do you think by "Declined Rebills" they mean pepople who DID NOT want to rejoin for a second month. If thats the case then I guess its normal.

Now, if there are this may "Declined Rebills" due to credit card or processor problems something is wrong.

What do you think?

Something is not neccessarily wrong, so don't jump to ill advised conclusions.

If the site you are talking about has a cheap trial -- i.e. 4 bucks or some such, then it's entirely possible -- AND quite often probable -- that some surfers will have enough left on their cards to squeak out a trial but not have enough for the rebill.

Now I would figure that WSB attempts to charge these soft declines multiple times before they trash them....

That is what you should be concerned with - the number of times and the time period in which they do that.

Well, they shouldn't post the declines in our stats then...it just drives everyone crazy. Or at least explain it somewhere in the stats so we know what's up. That way, at least, we'll know when to start pointing fingers.

Would you rather think that these people cancelled? Or know that they just didn't freaking have 30 bucks?

What % is that 27 declined rebills?
Also they usualy tried it more than once.....
If they try to rebill a member twice but both times get declined it shows up as two delcines.
Kinda annoying....... I rather have them only show 1 decline per member.

My rebills and conversions have been okay this month but today sucks with 1:6000+
