a mailer who actually gets results....
you know what time it is....whats mailer?
This is true but non compliant mail also works....we dont have to be politically correct....If you know what you're doing as a compliant mailer, you are easily making much more than that monthly.Comment

There are plenty around making good money mailing, so I assume that would be the 'results' you seek.
If you live within the U.S., I would suggest you should be compliant and follow CAN-SPAM. Of course, there are many who are not. But you will find a hard time with ad networks and affiliate programs if you get called on the carpet later in regards to your complaints, quality of your traffic and mailing lists. Which in turn means you risk losing your pay outs from the sponsor.

Oh I am sure. Just like the installing malware, banging cards, and things of that nature that all 'made mad loot' before.
However, there are intelligent mailers who prefer to not have to worry about the bullshit that comes with running non-compliant mailing (SBL's, getting sued, etc.) and prefer to run a legit compliant email marketing business versus those like yourself who seem to advocate malicious churn and burn spam house.
Anyone looking for long term money without the grief obviously prefers the former.

I don't think you can compare someone who is not spam-can compliant to the likes of someone banging cards, installing malware etc.Oh I am sure. Just like the installing malware, banging cards, and things of that nature that all 'made mad loot' before.

A lot of the mailers i know are not in the US so they could give a shit about being can-spam compliant. Why should they?
Speaking of which, mailers hit me up.

We pay large PPS on mail joins.

You are getting side tracking on fodder.
If you are a mailer, and you're pushing mainstream offers for ad networks as an example, you would want to be CAN-SPAM compliant per their TOS if you want to get paid for your efforts. If you're not, they can use that as a violation of their TOS and not pay you. I think most people would like to get paid.
If you want to be spamming and jamming pushing these other sorts of deals where you mail directly for some webmaster, or alike that's fine. You get paid, or pay the mailer up front, and they will spam your stuff out for you like a champ.
That is a completely different sort of mailing that what I was referring too. I was referring to mailers who push mainstream or affiliate program offers where you have to fall into some level of compliance to get paid by the ad network.
Based on some of the replied similar to yours, I am guessing some of these other mailers offering up their services are doing it differently. For example, they pay you $5000.00, provide your membership list or data, and then do a single/multiple mail drop for some webmaster/company,.... the mailer most likely do not give a flying fuck if he's compliant or not. He will get paid regardless of the end result. If that is what you're referring too, I concede your point that those mailers do not give a fuck if you're compliant as they get paid either way.

I didn't get side tracked at all. You compared non spam compliant mailers to people who are installing malware and banging cards, not the same folks. I simply said that people from outside the US could give 2 shits about being can spam compliant.
I know of a few large US based mainstream ad networks that will take any kind of mail, compliant or not. If you get a lot of complaints, they will close your account and open a new one for you carrying your stats over from the closed one. If anyone important asks for the account info they will make up some Russian affiliate. Have fun going after them.
I have no idea what you're talking about. I have never heard of anyone doing this. Not saying it isn't done, but I have never been approached in this way.For example, they pay you $5000.00, provide your membership list or data, and then do a single/multiple mail drop for some webmaster/company,.... the mailer most likely do not give a flying fuck if he's compliant or not. the question is do you have real (volume) and quality email adresses and can you deliver fresh ones frequently. Do you check your emails (like with brightverify and mxtools), its expensive to mail and mailers want quality as well to keep their ips solid.
If you can deliver good quality and volume I can help youComment

how many of those guys are using infected pc's to mail though? thats the same as installing malware. it doesn't really matter if they're not the actual guys installing it or not.I didn't get side tracked at all. If you have good data lists, you can push some decent volume.
Just to clarify before all of the spammer and jammers come in, by "good volume" I mean you are basically able to push out CONSISTENT volume on a daily basis without racking up a hundred complaints, SBL's and alike. When I am talking about email marketing, it is a whole different way to mail compared to those who are bold face spammers.
That being said, with decent data, you should easily be able to get $75.00-100.00 per day per /24. If you do the math on a couple of /21's, you get the picture ($1300-1600.00 per day). That would be $36,000 on the low end, and $48,000.00 on the high end for a single month and 2 x /21's of ip space. You could also make much more than $100.00 per /24 if you have good, or exclusive offers from the networks.
Again, this is talking about compliant email marketing point of view with a stable business model where your ranges can last, few complaints, and no SBL's. I cannot speak to those who are just spamming and jamming harvested or scraped lists from the web, installing malware and alike.
