                                                                              It goes to the person behind the project. That's the whole point. The people that pledged now get all the extra incentives he had for meeting and exceeding set goals...on top of the initial offering of book.

                                                                                          There are lots of non-US people who are accepted, but they need to have an account with Amazon Payments, but there's Kickstarter UK too for europeans.
