                          Yep, just went to check this for myself...getting error page where the reports would be.

                          And it's still too complicated.

                          I would simply like to see a page with all my stats on it like in NATS laid out by day. hits, join page hits, sales.
                          And then simply click on the numbers to see the referring urls


                          K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid) is the best way.

                          EDIT: I'm referring to affiliate stats. Haven't looked at the merchant area.

                                              The new charts look beautiful. I had been making them by hand in my own spreadsheets, so this is wonderfully helpful.

                                              The regular old reports weren't working last time I checked, but I'm sure there have been a few migration hiccups.

                                                              Sliiing's real short coming is that they won't install it on your own server. When they can build a self sustainable system that will install on your own server, they will be a force to be reckoned with. Until then, you're putting your eggs in their basket. No offense to Sliiing, the product looks fantastic otherwise.

                                                                  For paysite owners, the new stats is missing a way to easily tell (from the quick weekly summary report) what sales are affiliate and which are independent or self-generated - I put in a support email to them and it sounds like they're willing to add that feature. Always a good sign when the dev team listens & responds to requests.

                                                                  And yeah, they look good otherwise. Bound to be a few hiccups when rolling out a new system but overall nice job CCBill. Credit where credit's due.

                                                                                                      I have my sites across 5 dedicated boxes and if one goes the sites are still up. If the system runs on my servers only then I know it stays up.

                                                                                                      Hell its hard enough keeping link trades up with other people than to have to trust someone else servers for stats like that.

                                                                                                      We have enough issues with CCBill and they have HUNDREDS of servers.

                                                                                                      No offense to anyone meant here. This is honesty and one of the reasons a LOT of people dont like ccbill for processing or for affiliate side.

(are you probably currently thinking... ) Because we still think that it is important your affiliates know that the numbers shown by Sliiing are not manipulable. For different reasons, it looks like trust is becoming a major issue between sponsors and affiliates. We like to think ourselves as one of the solutions available.

                                                                                                                              - All datas are duplicated on our and your server. If there is any server crash on any side, there is always a backup immediately available.

There is however a security measure being taken: If our server should be down, your join page will link directly to the biller instead of to our server.

                                                                                                                              - I am currently working on an affiliate panel that will be 100% hosted on your server. Please note that affiliates will have the choice to see your numbers from either your own hosted affiliate panel or the default Sliiing hosted panel. In other words, they will have the choice to log in your own hosted affiliate (and customized) panel and see only your stats or in the Sliiing server's affiliate panel and see all their sales and traffic stats from all their sponsors that are using Sliiing.

                                                                                                                              - Your main admin panel remains hosted on Sliiing.

                                                                                                                              I think that our 50% hosted solution is a convenient solution for everyone. It is secure for both parties and the affiliates still feel confident in the numbers that are being shown.
