Well but what's best country really it is not a big secret, it is the usual us,ca,au,uk for english, also the ones some programs pay for free user signups. Unless you're advertising specific french or german or japanese cam sites.
You would want to avoid greeks, they're broke, but again its' public info. And you guess because programs not paying good for greek free signups.
