Don't know where that quote came from. 1200 cc implants would be "small" in the world of big fake tit girls.

Claudia Marie has 2500 cc implants for instance.

Chelsea Charms by the way has propylene string in her breasts. Several of the girls with HUGE tits got that about 15 years ago (Minka is another one) The string keeps expanding year after year so the tits keep growing over time.

This is from Chelsea's wikipedia page:
