After I explained you in person I was using his accounting firm and his services, I lived in Cyprus for years etc etc you said you may consider removing it from your site, I didn't even ask you to do that, never, If i recall well I told you: do as you pleased. The name was banned upon his request. I'm not the type of person that calls to yell or demand things from others. You have your own judgement, I don't always agree with you, but I respect your right of opinion and I see you as an overall positive force in the industry. I never had or have any affiliation with this or any another filesharing website, P2P, torrent etc aside using the same accounting firm with one of them.

now that does lead to a new question If VK is just a nominee as you say and some say he isnt even a real person then why is his name banned here? why would he care? and part two...does GFY have a policy of giving safe harbor to owners of filesharing sites? just curious.... ok,that's fine with me, I highly doubt he is, but that's your site and your call. Why would he want his name removed? Why wouldn't he, even association with adult is not a positive thing in big part of the corporate world. GFY hasn't been a harbor for them and over the last year + had multiple attacks for keeping AK's topics up which is by far the biggest and most popular in the WWW.
