My last bill for both combined was $392. They used to be well over $500 until we had the new furnace installed.

Gas for cooking-$ 100.00 per year
Electrical- about $250.00 - $300.00 per month but I can pay as much as $500.00 per month during the summer when I work the central ac 24/7.

my last gas bill was $343....the next one I gotta pay is 141....When it's hot outside, I'll only be paying $30

Electric runs 70 a month...

The highest electric bill was when we lived in LA. During peak summer months it was about $1,600.

Gas used to be $200/mo in the winter, and electric around $40.00.

Last year I got a little, electric space heater. Gas is now $80 and electric is $100 during the winter.

My house is small, but it's all electric except for the gas logs in my fire place and an auxilary heater. Both of those run on propane. I went through one propane tank this year: 330 gallons $1.50 a gallon.

Electric averages about $120 a month throughout the year.

living in the old winter wonderland that is michigan (it was -7 last night) my shit is high, and i burn a lot of electric.

During the summer I regularly hit over $200 on the electric, damn Texas heat. Gas prices here have gone up something like 40% in the last few weeks, so I can't wait to get this months bill :)

About $700-$900/ month. It would be much more if we used electric heat instead of wood heat. We are quite far off the beaten path, and now with the stupid Ontario Hydro deregulation, it fucked the prices up immensely. And now we have service charges on our bill to pay back the hydro company's old debt. The government put a freeze on Hydro prices, but ONLY in the cities, they seem to forget that us "country bumpkins" pay double from the get-go, and the majority of people up here (not us, but people born and raised) have a hard enough time feeding their kids let alone paying hydro rates like that. Quite a few people I know of are going without electricity at all.

I should mention that I didn't post gas because well, we don't GET gas service out here :P We use wood heat.

We run our water off the well with the electric

same situtaion here. 1 bedroom, all utils but electric included.

Right now my gas and electric are around 250-300 together, with no AC on and no heat either really...

Summer will be probably double that for AC which will come on before some of you get rid of your snow I bet ;)

What really sucks is the 60 dollar a month bill I get for water, sewer and trash pickup from the city...
