Mt. Gox has allegedly never conducted a single audit of its customer deposits, and it is believed that Karpeles may have been the only one within the company to have knowledge of how to actually tap the exchange?s cold storage.

It remains unclear exactly how this type of storage leak could have happened over a multi-year period without any knowledge on the part of the executives at Mt. Gox.

Well considering wires from GOX have been delayed for upwards of 6 months (we're still waiting on a wire from back in August of last year) it isn't really surprising some people are getting wires.

Hopefully we'll get one of the wires we actioned 6 months ago too.

That doesn't mean those funds are coming from what people had stored in their wallet. It could just be people getting previous actioned payouts before they shut down and ran off with everyones funds.

Their site still says that all transactions have been closed, you'd imagine if funds were being released they'd have updated the front page about that.

But by all means, if you have proof that wires are being sent for wallet funds after they shut down, I am sure thousands of people around the globe would love to see it.

A few assassins (i.e.: killer, hitmen) was paid in bitcoin. So, such assassins needed MtGox to cash out. Result: the MtGox guy owe to a few assassins. Not the best situation.
