I don't know about porn hub, but there are tubes that do exactly this. Somehow they set it to where users can upload videos with nothing to track them other than watching the user account. Doesn't make sense to me, but then again, neither does giving away full length videos or not knee capping someone who you know is stealing from you.Comment

Weren't some tubes doing cute things like blocking people who file DMCA complaints from the website? I guess it might be another possibility. You just block certain searches from showing up for that IP instead of banning them completely. Surely this would prove ill intent though? I guess it's another thing to look out for.

There is a method that many pirates use to monetize stolen content while using the bandwidth of the big tubes.
They set up scraper sites that only fetch their own uploads, they place ads all over the sites and have a site full of stolen videos which are hosted by the big tubes. They embed all the videos.
Sometimes they also add download links and banners to file lockers to give the surfer the impression they can download all these movies from file lockers.
I know it's easy to always blame the tube, but these sites exist in huge quantities, you can see them being bought and sold on Digital Point and WJunction.Comment
