The nightclubs in my area used to have dress codes and would turn people away for not being dressed properly. Then literally 10x more clubs opened within a 2 mile area, most without dress codes so they realized if they turned people away they would just spend their cash next door or down the street. No more dress codes. So even if Nat net turned him away, the host next door would take him.

Not here, he still owes MojoHost $8000 and hundreds of thousands to friends and clients of mine.. and last I checked, money to several other adult hosts such as Webair, etc. I believe the point of the thread, Matt is that there are less than ten relevant adult hosting companies with 90% of the market. So out of respect for one's other paying adult clients, its not unreasonable to refuse service. I'm sure Tony got his money out because they were friends for many years. Having said all that, I don't think it too unreasonable for NatNet to host Mallick because Tony, unlike most of us, had an actual friendship with him that predates Chris' business failure by probably a decade. The hosting account isn't worth anything monetarily anyways, so its not like he would host him for any other reason than their history together outside of business. I do some stuff for a few undeserving old friends for various different reasons... and should probably ask my therapist why! LOL

He definitely does NOT own shares in EPOCH or have anything in any way to do with EPOCH. Chris and EPOCH parted ways completely. EPOCH parted ways a year before Chris burned everyone and they had nothing to do with his actions at Epassporte. They knew he was a great business man that liked to take risks. So they decided to part ways with him. Joel and Clay are very adamant about not having wanted to be considered parties to his ePassporte company, so they forced a split and Chris didn't mind because he wanted to run ePassporte and do films anyway.

I think I lost about $75.00 in epassporte and I thought most settled or got paid partial paybacks. I mean the company imploded it wasn't like they just vanished. Bank shut them down.

I always hear epass scammed us but never hear any amounts owed or unsettled.
