You're suffering from TMGFCS (Too Much Goddamn Free Content Syndrome). It's not going to get them to sign up, well, not anyone who's been on the net more than 17 minutes and hasn't already gotten through the first four hun listings.

Your text could use a little work too, make it more seductive and they'll click. Also really think about the sponsor you're pushing and the content you're using to push it with. I would have chosen a blondes or babes site to push her with vs an amateur site.

People still post links to sponsors directly?!?! At least use a page where you will have your sponsor, and put a blur with different choices like free e-mail programs.

My best advise to you is pick a different niche. Ive never had any luck with teen/amateur content. Too much competition. Switch over to Asian, Latina, Ebony, Mature, Movies, Pornstars or whatever floats your boat - pick something specific. Once you pick a niche, study it as much as possible. Find out what works for you. Search for tgp's that only post galleries specialized in that niche, dont just submit to the main broad tgps.

ya know i never thought of that until 2 days ago, someone showed me how he made this "middle page" between galleries and the sponsor.

The way his was setup i can see how it would help alot, it was a very tempting page linked directly to the join page.

That will be my next experiment.

Yeah, and use a sponsor with console free tours. That way, if the surfer is not interested about the paysite, when he closes the page, he will see your previously opened page behind.

Here's Lenny's free gallery advice for the day.
You're using the word free too much. That used to work back in the day when free was rare, but everyone says free now so I think most TGP surfers ignore it. Try using sales text that tells the surfer what's unique about the site you're selling, and how its different and stands out from all of the other crap he's joined before.
Shit like free membership or 100,000 pics or 1000gigs of MPEGS just doesn't pull the clicks anymore. You need to find a "hook", an angle that you use to sell a site from.

The eye moves from left to right, not up and down. Think about that for awhile. Once you grasp that concept it will multiply your sales exponentially.

Couldn't be any truer. You got to go out and GET that money, if you think you've done everything you can and you have no money, then you DIDN'T do it right, you gotta pull back, re-evaluate your strategy and hit it again.

Why keep pushing only TGP? Are you making free sites you can submit to Link-O-Rama, Richards and the many other link lists that allow more advertising for you to work with?

Just doing TGP when you don't know the game is suicide.

Ok, nice first. Dude, you can get plenty of content from your sponsors, it's free, and most importantly it COMES FROM THE SITE YOU ARE TRYING TO SELL.

To be blunt, your text sucks. Plus, they aren't even links.

Now I'll be a bit nicer and tell you a hint - a surfer can get to the last pic on your gallery, view it, hit the back button, and never even see your bottom link, assuming that he doesn't just close the browser anyway.

Finally, if you are intent on TGPing, pay more attention to what seems to be selling. TGP's can be GREAT money makers if you can figure out the game. I did - second hint - promote sites that aren't overexposed and commercial.

Whoops, meant to add one more thing. Watch the big TGP's, find sites that aren't being promoted, and then use those sites for your sponsor.

First let me tell you that to-day the web sucks big time, dont ask me why it just dose. Maybe its the war maybe its the markets maybe its just the shit weather we are having in the USA. who the fuck knows.
My advice is to keep thinking positive and keep trying come up with some new ideas something that is different from most of the other sites out there. I have e-mailed the owner about your situation and i am sure he can work out a deal to get you some quality images for free.

I went through this phase once - I took a couple of days off, rested, re-evaluated my strategy and went back to work.

It will come slowly at first....

look, the adult web business is tough.

and very difficult if you do not produce your own unique content.

it is not enough just to put a a few pix of a naked gal up and get signups.

that worked somewhat in 1997.

it does not work today when digital cameras are a few hundred dollars, DV video cameras are 500 bucks, and any college kid can pimp his girlfriend to do a POV blowjob for free and create a facial website in 3 hours.

the market is SATURATED. you must go in a different direction.

the surfer signup is more and more content driven. the surfer now wants a more personal, emotional contact for a monthly recurring membership. which means you must get into the surfer's head a little bit...talk to him (her), write motivating copy, understand the demographics of your market.

create unique, high quality content. do not even look at how others do it, otherwise it won't be unique.

and then market it yourself, without affiliates.

constantly test and tweak, appeal to people that can actually buy your product. the surfers with money have broadband---give them high quality big files.

and you will make it in this business, if you pay attention to the market and work hard, and have some natural talent. if you do not have talent then all bets are off.

the signups will increase by 50% as soon as the war nears a successful conclusion.
