Look you fucking morons..... their initial introduction, skinning the board etc was all one of the biggest disasters in terms of a product launch ever seen on this board EVER. They were being asked questions about processing that they couldn't answer or were wrong about, they were being evasive, they were rude and dickish and it all degraded into them being assholes and horribly unprofessional etc etc etc. In fact, they fucked it up so bad, they had to go away, come back and try a second time.
