    New Porn Blog Host

    Hey guys, so I've been working with porn blogs for some time. I tried out blogger and tumblr. Both services seem to be very strict towards adult content.

    Thumblogger was a good service while it lasted. There are still some other services, but most of them just have to much feautres and are very complex to use for the average user.(the wordpress admin is pretty complex)

    I have set up a free porn blog service. But I'm taking a different approach.

    I chose simplicity over features.


    I disabled and removed all features I felt where unnecessary. I completely removed comments.
    This is good for two reasons. No spam and the less server resource use.

    There are many little things and tweaks I did.

    Check it out and hopefully you like it.
    Also constructive feedback is appreciated.

    Note: the main index page is a directory of the blogs.
    When you create a blog you can submit the blog to the index page and it will either be approved or denied.

    Also quick side note.
    Each blog has 1 advertisement placed on it. And the admin panel also has an ad.
    This is how I intend to pay for servers.
    If you really don't like the ads, feel free to use ad block. However the ads are a necessary evil to ensure the fate of this service doesn't end as thumblogger did.

                      Why do you have PlugRush in the admin? Wouldn't it make more sense to advertise webmaster stuff to webmasters instead of porn?

                          I might just completely remove the admin advertisement. Depending on the profits.

                              I think I did a good job at that.

                                                  I'd keep the advertisements in the admin but advertise webmaster stuff... Sponsors, etc...

                                                  Add more themes too, different varieties.. It's got potential, I signed up to toy around with it..

                                                              If you meant skype, It's because I don't use or even have a skype. I can PM you my e-mail. I wouldn't just post my email on a public forum though. Bots tend to crawl forums in search of e-mails to spam.

                                                                      Yea I know... It's only starting. I didn't feel like purchasing a dedi right away.

                                                                      I'm trying to keep the website as efficient as possible. Disabling comments was a huge+ for the servers.

                                                                      A lot of times people leave their blog comments open and set to "Moderate comments"
                                                                      and the Database just gets flooded with comments.

                                                                      I purchased a plugin called multi-db which cleans and makes the database a LOT more efficient.

                                                                      I'm doing my best to provide a great service. I'll be upgrading the hosting package really soon. Maybe when we reach 50 websites or something.

                                                                      I have a neat plugin to prevent spam bots, so the servers shouldn't be abused to much which is a huge plus. I disabled importing and exporting which usually causes a lot of stress on the servers. Especially when someone imports a 5,000 page blog etc.

                                                                              I have updated the sign up form. I removed one of the radio buttons that allows you sign up to the website without a website.

                                                                              I also found some code errors I will be working on correcting.

                                                                                      When in dashboard click on "My Sites" in the top bar.


                                                                                      It will then list all of your websites as well as let you create new ones.

                                                                                                                      I noticed a lot of people are interested in blogging and blog networks. So I figured I might as well set up my own blog host. That's exactly what I did.

                                                                                                                      The reason why I said it wasn't my website was because I didn't want people think I was spamming my site on the forums and trying to get everyone to join.

                                                                                                                      What looks better to you "Join my net website! It beats everything!" Or "I recently saw this pretty cool service, i've been using it for a couple weeks and have had an amazing service. Check it out if you'd like."

                                                                                                                      It's a form of social engineering really. People don't want to click on a website when it's the owner advertising it. When it's some random guy, people are more intrigued.


                                                                                                                      Anyways If you don't want to use the website, that's fine. But your reason for not using it is a bit drastic.

                                                                                                                                                                      The advertisements are there to support the website. Hosting is not cheap.
                                                                                                                                                                      I'm going to upgrading to VPS soon which is pretty expensive. I'll probably be paying out of my own pocket.

Their prices are really affordable and upgrades to bigger packages are almost instant... Lots of bandwidth and ram included!
