I have an asshole neighbor, and he's a renter (imagine that) who leaves for work at 430am each morning.

Normally that's not a big deal, except for the past 2 months he's been driving his monster Harley to work and has to rev it for 10 minutes before taking off at full bore up the hill.

If it isn't the neighbours sitting out the back with every window in the house open and some crap music blasting out drowning out anything we are listening to, it's every car which passes by, windows down, music up full and looking to see who's attention they have got.

Even more laughable is, most of them have their base, sub woofers and the like, turned up so freaking loud all you hear is the booming sound of their car shaking apart, no actual musical sound gets through.
