    Their admin site has this message:

              Yes.

              From what I understand this error is definitely due to either planned, or unplanned maintenance issues.

                              Accessing CCBill is like having your very own time machine back to the early 90's, fantastic!

                              CCBill should start their own Kickstarter for a new 1990's virtual internet service...they already have the design and backend done.

                                          I can log in, but my stats show $0 made for the whole year. I think it's off by a few bucks.

                                                                  They have a link on their blog about an outage early this morning (that also affected transaction processing apparently, awesome!), I wonder if all this was related to that issue.
