Anyone have the breakdown on this and what affiliates are needed to do to be compliant, or is this unneeded?

Bumbing old thread.
If this is regarding the "new" EU law (well not new but new to me) I am interested in the anwers. Say you host in EU, run over 100 sites, blogs etc. and you have traffic analytics software on those that uses cookies. You have to put a notice regarding that on each of those sites with an option to block cookies right? My hosting is located in EU (AdultEUhost) and therefore I should comply with this stupid law. So how do you people host a paysite within EU if you have to give the option to block cookies? Fuck, rules like this make me hate fucking EU more and more.  |
