![]() They claim its because of higher fraud. I understand when sponsor pays more for female leads then some shady people may try to fraud them with fake leads. However if they paid the same amount for male and female leads how would that mean more fraud? Is it just an excuse to not pay or am I missing something?

It's been a while, but I thought female leads were the only ones of any value.

It's negotiated in private - not open to every jackass who creates a new affaire account and tells the AM how awesome he is.
Female leads are worth more. Female leads CAN be mostly fraud.

There are a few companies that don't pay on female leads for various reasons. Generally there aren't many females in people leads so it isn't really a big deal unless you have some sort of magic adult female traffic. Generally if they aren't paid on its because the site give women free access to try and increase the number of women the guys are beating up on. It really is just to help convert more traffic better overall. Some sites just steal it for no reason, but the decent ones have reasons for it.
If you are worried about it you should always read the TOS or maybe even talk with someone at the program and get a clarification of what a paid lead is.

Some sites DO charge women (whether or not they pay affiliates for those females is beyond me) and do so, on the strength of the "quality of members". Fair enough.
I understand what you mean, though. Because it makes sense that females would hold more value as THEY are the final decision makers. But, sadly, it is mostly the guys who are going to eagerly reach for their credit cards, after clicking a "better than blahblah" banner from their favorite tube site or members area.

How female leads be more prone to fraud if you paid equal amount for M and for F? Female leads are definitely more prone top fraud when you pay more for F, but can you use fraud argument if you pay equally? |

If the sponsor accepts payment from females but doesn't pay affiliates for those leads then that is bad. But let's face it. This kind of thing is now routine. If the sponsor honestly gives females free access AND they make this obvious in the terms and in the affiliate area then it's not as bad. If you miss that revenue then work with someone else. My female to male ratio is currently 3%. An uncredited popunder for example would be more of a concern.

![]() I mean it was a problem even if that popunder would be credited (without option to have "console free" link). |

On certain sites, females are free... Meaning they don't charge them to do anything at all. So paying you is not easy since it doesn't have the same value as a guy who breaks out his credit card.
Pretty sure for instance, Fling charges females so they rape you on pps. |

I completely understand that. I was just curious about bigger fraud excuse in relation to PPL.

1. An affiliate for an entirely different program has signed up using stolen CC info and has plastered a IM contact either throughout their profile, on the profile pic, or even in the username. On the other hand it could be a new affiliate of ours that's attempting to stuff sales through on stolen CC info to make more money. Of course the same happens with male names processed through on sales as well but way more often it happens when it's a female name/account. 2. A guy has signed up using his wife's/gf's/family member's CC for his own use. 3. An actual female. The above are all for PPS examples or even per free trial at $40+, not a PPL basis but I'd imagine the results are generally the same for any other site charging female members for membership as well. |
