Well its not right. We are using very strict rules for our arab sites due to very high chargeback from arab countries using proxies. Every detail should match with card detail before transaction goes thru.

my friend Arab traffic use proxy to access the sites which is very risky for taking transaction. Billing country UAE and IP USA which is a high risk charge so we decline that. Arab traffic as i said in my earlier reply is risky traffic thats why we implement tough check before taking any transaction.

Agree completely. They are very dishonest people and they love doing chargebacks. They will find some way of screwing you out of getting their money back. Like dpapa said, make sure every detail matches before letting them gain access to your site.
