    Amerinoc live chat support - When is it actually online?

    1st OF ALL - I'M NOT SLAGGING THEM OFF...

    Just a simple question, that I wanted to chat with someone about re billing... No urgency...

    However, I've checked into https://support.amerinoc.com/index.p.../Default/Index at various times over the last 3 days, and each time Live Chat has not been available...

    Is there a USA / UK time that I can convert, to catch them online?

    No Drama - No Hassle.

      Just open a ticket. Each time I did I get a fast reply in the next 5-10 minutes

                      it did work when i first started to use them 2 years ago but not anymore after they changed the interface.
