He wasn't trying to shoot anyone. The guy was surprised and tried to get out of the truck but his leg got caught in the seatbelt. When he reached in to free himself the cop shot him 7 times, and then another 4 while he was already on the floor having his death jerks.Comment

Even assuming the guy was caught on the belt, how was the cop supposed to know that? Looks from this angle that he's going for something.
Look at it from the point of view of the police. This motherfucker wasn't the Dalai Lama, and they weren't just trolling Mexicans one boring Sunday afternoon.
The guy was an on-the-run, armed-and-dangerous multiple felon -- a gang-member, convicted, among many other things, of statutory-rape and assault with a deadly weapon -- who instead doing what he's told, and just staying where the fuck he was, he's dumb enough to get out of the truck with a knife, making a sudden movement like he's going for another weapon.
What the fuck do you expect the cops to do in a situation like that?Comment
