Payoneer having financial problems?

Is Payoneer having some problems with its US bank account payment services?
Transactions get declined, users are having this options removed from their accounts.
Seems like it is going epassporte way...

we are experiencing a very very high week of decline transactions 8 in the last 7 days Normally only have about 2-3 per month

We are not having any issues. For the US Payment Service, most payments are processed automatically. Some payments require a manual review, due to rules and regulations regarding online payments, which generally takes 1 business day. We also saw a delay in payments this week caused by the Memorial Day Holiday, which is a national bank holiday in the US (so all US bank transfers were delayed by an additional 1-2 business days).

There is an application process for the US Payment Service, and you need to get approved for it. It's intended to be used as a payment solution to get paid from US companies for work done online, such as freelancing, affiliate networks, design services, development, sales of goods/services, etc. So anyone applying to use the service for personal use only would not be approved.

Of course that would have no effect on the Payoneer account status (for receiving payments from our official partners, which are companies/sites that pay with Payoneer).

hmm i went to ATM, first transaction declined, second went throuigh

tried to go on online support - waiting time like 45 min and 30 people before me

are you sure you guys are not having problems?
From what i see you are having some.

Time to take $$ out... and we see later if you still exist or not. I lost $$ on epassporte, so will not risk trusting promises again.

If you'd like to send me the e-mail address on your Payoneer account I can check and see exactly why the ATM transaction did not go through.

At certain peak times of the day we can get a high amount of live chats. We also offer telephone/e-mail support.

In addition we have an "Instant Answers" tool on our website that can assist with most general questions (though of course not specific issues such as this) and an official community forum that has some great information.
