    Another Paxum Story (Failure)

    I don't hate Paxum at all I like their service but their system sucks bigtime. I transfer our funds from Checking to Master Card and it result to Failed but it went through Pending Charges, I hope that this glitch or bug will fix soon. (Imagine waiting your funds on your card more than 12 hours now) I called Ruth and she said she cant do anything about it because this is normal issue.

    Suggestion: If this is a normal issue then, the company itself needs to create a remedy to fix the issue. This happens to us like 20 times now

      Thanks for mentioning, good to know you can't always count on your Paxum funds.

      (sounds condescending, but I really meant it just like that: it's good to don't leave your last money on Paxum and expect to use it whenever you want, because - as you said, there are these glitches that can not be resolved by support).

      Hope it gets fixed soon, ls101.

              Had something like this once. Even when you don't leave your "last money" on paxum it sucks. It sucks because having a restaurateur bring you your card and say it didn't work sucks. When you can't rely on something to work as it should you lose trust in the brand. Fix it!
