Does anyone know how to convert a .wmv to a .mpg or .avi, or is there a way to get a .wmv to open in Adobe Premier?

I'm not sure whether you can do that with Premiere. Vegas Video might be the best option available.

Do you know how to put my websites URL at the buttom of the video, through out the whole video? Iv looked at every help site and cant find anything

You can do that easily with Premiere and Vegas Video. You create a title and drag it onto the timeline, adjusting the start and end as required.
