More paperwork required for adult content producers under new U.S. law

Congress Tries Again to Crack Down on Child Pornography By Giving Prosecutors New Tools to Fight It

The Associated Press

WASHINGTON Feb. 25 ?
Not a senator dissented as the Senate sent to the House legislation seeking to give prosecutors powerful new tools to fight child pornographers.

The measure makes it harder for producers of computer-generated child pornography to evade prosecution, creates new crimes aimed at those who would entice minors into sexual activity, increases penalties and requires greater proof from pornographers that they are not using children.

Requires people who produce sexually explicit material to keep more extensive records so that they can prove that minors were not used in its making.

The Senate bill is S. 151.

Fighting child pornography is great, but I wonder what this new record keeping means specifically? Anyone know?

Here's the link to the actual bill. S. 151

If you read section 7, the change to 2257 is that it now applies to " computer generated image, digital image, or picture," No changes in the requirements for ids, just if your doing computer art or design, you now are bound by 2257 requirements. I wonder what the id requirements are for Poser models
