Stop your whining man, get the interlock, or get the bus/walk. |

I told you, before. The interlock is a dangerous thing. It can violate your probation if it whacks out and from what I read- it's even LESS accurate than the one they fucked me with out on the street in the first place. NOW I'm reading that I may HAVE TO BUY IT even if I DON'T WANT TO USE IT .... otherwise a year from now I may still be required to have it for a year, even if I wait out the restriction period. Let these bastards get a hold of YOU some day and you might understand. I don't need INTERLOCK to keep me from driving DRUNK I am not one who DRIVES DRUNK in the first god damned place *I* am the guy who always stopped other morons from driving drunk, put people in cabs, left my car at the bar and walked my ass home .. so of course, here I am |

Right to travel and all of that, great, I understand what you are saying. Technically- legally- they can't even make you have a driver's license or register your vehicle. But guess what, they do, and if you want to challenge them you'd better be REAL WEALTHY and REAL WHITE. Not to mention IMPLIED CONSENT - look that shit up. I AM mexican or black or whatever minority you want to mention since I am not MONIED. PWW is NOT a good idea in what's left of America. |

I found out that I have to pay for it and have it installed on a vehicle whether I want to drive or not. For one year. |

You should fuck off and go to prison where you belong.

I read it eight times and was amazed, too, but it says NOTHING about hours- thank god. I figured out where I need to work and insurance ain't going to be a problem. :) Think in terms of bonded + garage policy type of a deal I called my agent, too, and as soon as they'll put me valid in terms of having an active licene- I am insured, no problem. It's going to be $87/mo .... use to be $44 .. still, that is fucking amazing considering that the cocksuckers will be forcing me to also file an SR-22 and considering that there is a break in coverage. I was going to carry a non owners policy during the suspension but I could not even keep that. |

It ain't so funny when it's you, man. |

I actually found a solution to this.
I do probably have to pay for the god damned interlock even though I know I can't drive using it because: 1. I won't give my car a blowjob in order to drive because I am straight 2. Interlock is for people who drive drunk like fucking assholes, and that's not me I found normal persons work that will allow me to drive AND it is good ass pay AND it comes with my choice of many vehicles on a daily basis. I can work the hours I want and essentially be driving 24/7 - and - I WILL be working. I need the money. I can't wait to be out doing some real shit. So I found a legal honest solution that will benefit me in many ways. Like I said in that thread awhile back.. I won't give up "I'm going to make it, because fuck you". |

The narrative says the officer "smelled a hint of alcohol" on my breath. My ass. I passed the physical part of the FST even though I was freezing to death. Video shows me driving perfectly smoothly parking 100% straight and parallel to the shoulder line. Wonderful part is his narrative completely does not at all match anything he said ON VIDEO. I hadn't eaten or slept in days.. but they convict me of driving while impaired by alcohol.. What fucked me is, I know better than to roll the window down and let the officer have a chance to say he smells something or whatever else, but in kansas they can arrest you for speeding. So. He had clear PC. Maybe challenge the radar gun later- but as I thought, that didn't do any good. If I had the money for a real lawyer the case is an easy win- but I didn't. DA threatened to nail me to a WALL if I didn't take his deal. Imagine that, they can punish you for invoking a right, who knew. :1orglaugh |

In your state they had to throw out all of the cases this machine caused. This same exact machine. Intox 8000. |

When I have nothing to do, at all, I'm only on here a few times a week... when I have anything to do at all I generally am not here for months at a time.. you are welcome For now, Let's start a "Pay Fred to Leave GFY" campaign drive fund raiser :winkwink: |
You're an asshole
1) You insist you never ever ever drive drunk 2) You admit this is your second conviction 3) You admit you were awake what .. 48 hours? when you got pulled over What an asshole. |

More than 48 hours.. probably more. My first conviction I WAS guilty - BUT - I did NOT want to drive. I did so under duress. Even still, when pulled over I was driving a bit under the speed limit in a straight line making gentle stops and being extremely careful. I took the conviction because I was guilty. I paid the price of it and didn't challenge it. |

Im setting a reminder on my calendar to check back in a couple years when you've hit #3. |

id say rapid transit and urban density would be the answer, but this is probably making all those private prisons/companies boatloads of money |
