yeah, i also think it pulls down the pressure for a lot of people
majority of entertaining media and Hollywood films bring "the coverage" or "produce it" in a sexual way, so the public is being challenged with provocative materials pushing us to make love. and the porn is outcome for single ones or even more preferred for not singles since all that goodies porn industry has achieved.
also it challenges the idea of self control in such things like sex by promoting it as accessible, no relations required, all ages and fetishes, etc.

Societies have always had porn in some form or another. That's why I get a kick out of people judging me just because I take photos of naked chicks. People were sculpting, drawing, and painting nudity and pornography long before cameras were invented.Comment
