Meanwhile, a photo gallery posted on a paid adult website credit Dellen Millard as the photographer.

A profile on Suicide Girls ? a soft-core pornography website that ?celebrates alternative beauty and alternative culture from all over the world? ?shows a young model named ?Josie? posing in and around a vintage DC-4 airplane.

The name on the plane reads ?MILLARDAIR? ? the chartered airline company founded by Millard?s grandfather.

The profile says the photo gallery was posted Feb. 17, 2005.

Another gallery of photos by Millard featuring the same model, but shot in a warehouse-like location, was posted Dec. 30, 2005.

Exactly...the story is bizarre (not to mention tragic). I think there's a lot more to this story than what's come out so far. The accused killer bought a 200-acre property in the middle of nowhere (Ayr, Ontario)...which had an incinerator - likely used to burn the body of Tim Bosma. Investigators are still sifting through soil on the property.

I wonder if the guy was running a chop shop to fund the struggling airline company (the company declared bankrupcy back in 1990). And now they're investigating his father's suicide and the disappearance of another woman.

I'm probably as close as you can get to Toronto and still be in the US, directly across the lake it is less than 60 miles.

Haven't heard a thing about this.

Not really. The guy's lawyer is attempting to portray him as "humble" and "unassuming" - yet he goes around sporting a red mohawk and shoots porn in his family-owned airline hangar (which also may have been a crime scene).

I see what you're sayin'...but not a similiar comparison in this case.

Around here there was a week when you couldnt go on facebook without seeing someone repost a picture of the guys dodge ram, or of the tattoos of the guy that came for the test drive (the victim's wife seen he had the word ambition tattooed on his wrist) before they found the body. Apparently that is how he got caught, someone recognized the tattoo and reported him.

It would probably make more headlines down there if they could call him the craigslist killer instead of the kijiji killer. Lol.

yeah, but it's 2013 - a red mohawk = hmm so what, and who seriously hasn't shot porn by now? maybe I have a hard time getting on the same wavelength as 'ordinary joe', but that's like saying a guy owns a shocking pink shirt which means he is 'out of the ordinary'. I dunno.

the really tragic thing about this story, is the father of a young child innocently put his truck for sale on craigslist, went for a test drive with two guys that came to look at the truck, and was murdered leaving a wife and young daughter without a father

really fucked up story

That's just it. All he was doing was trying to sell his pickup truck. I did the same many years ago - and went for a test drive with a perspective buyer at the time. It was just an everyday thing.

And then when this story broke in the news, I couldn't help thinking back on when I was selling my pickup.

The world is so fucked up sometimes.

Remains to be seen, I guess. The airline had up to 21 aircraft at one time when they were based at Toronto airport - but then it claimed bankrupcy back in '90. The company continued on doing aircraft servicing and maintenance in Kitchener/Waterloo (west of Toronto).

Interesting case - what could the possible motive be to kill a guy selling a truck? There were two guys who came to test drive the truck no?

Whether he played a part in his father's death or not, either way he ended up with a ton of money, could afford to do anything he wanted. Why the need to kill a stranger?

makes absolutely no sense at this point. has to be something the cops aren't divulging.

Tim Bosma crime 'out of character' for Dellen Millard: Lawyer

lawyers are such clowns, other than already convicted murderers wouldn't murdering somebody be 'out of character' for everybody?

can't wait for the lawyer's closing argument to the jury

'Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I know you've listened attentively to and considered all the evidence against my client in this case, much of it damning, but I must implore you to remember that this unspeakable crime is out of character for Mr. Millard, has the prosecution shown you ANY evidence that Mr. Millard has been convicted of murder before? No they have not. With that then you must find Mr. Millard not guilty of this crime, it simply was not in his character to commit murder. Thank you.'

another apparent weird twist to this whole thing is the guy was on the phone records of a girl that disappeared last year

but to answer a question in the thread earlier, he has no prior record of any sort

in fact he was somewhat of an achiever as a youth, as a young teenager he set some kind of world record for making a solo flight in a helicopter and an airplane on the same day

this is also the time to throw in some legal mumbojumbo to make it appear sophisticated.

habeas corpus prima facie landmark precedent was made in doe v schmoe 448 U.S. 297 whereby the upper court overruled the lower court.

The last few calls on her phone records were to him. But he initially denied it when questioned by her ex-BF. Then he admitted talking to her and said she was 'messed up on drugs that he'd be supplying to her.'

Won't surprise me if he's responsible for her disappearance. She vanished just a short while before his dad supposedly committed "suicide".

Similiar to the incinerator they found on Millard's farm property in Ayr, Ont.

It?s called ?The Eliminator.?

It?s function is to cremate the remains of cattle, swine and poultry.

It burns hot from 650C to 900C. So what was this piece of equipment doing on Dellen Millard?s farm near Kitchener?

Yes, as reported earlier in the Toronto Sun, The Eliminator SN250 model, was discovered on the first-degree murder accused?s farm and has become a key component of the investigation into the death of Tim Bosma.

Police will allege one of these Georgia-built animal incinerators was used in an attempt to dispose of the murdered remains of husband and father of two.

The allegations show it was a savage murder.

The revelation that his body was made to disappear through an incinerator is macabre.

The whole thing is also weird.

?An ?Eliminator incinerator? designed to dispose of livestock remains was purchased by Dellen Millard in July 2012,? said a police officer involved in the case. ?We would like to know for what purpose he decided to make this purchase.?

Millard is said to have exercised his rights under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to not talk with police but should he change his mind this incinerator will be the topic of one of the first questions coming his way.

?It certainly is of note that he does not have any animals on that farm,? said an officer.

Was this Eliminator ever used before?

It?s creepy to think about it. Disturbing.

Information obtained by the Sun indicates Millard purchased the propane-heated incinerator for $6,950 from a Manitoba distributor of the U.S.-made product.

Bill Penner of Tri-Star Dairy in Grunthal, Man. said he did not personally meet with Millard and would not reveal details of the actual purchase or how it was delivered to his farm.

The designer and builder, SuperNova Manufacturing of Camilla, Georgia, said they have co-operated with Hamilton Police in helping them track down the serial number on the incinerator.

?It was sold from our Canadian distributor,? said Tim Cook, who said the event has shaken the whole company.

Both Penner and Cook seem like great guys who certainly don?t deserve to be dragged into this.

This Eliminator machine is being added to a long list of strange loose ends left behind by the alleged killers.

First was the report of the tattoo ambition being noticed on Millard?s wrist, then came that Bosma?s phone was located followed by his missing truck found in a trailer on the suspect?s mother?s property.

There is also the curious ?suicide? death of Millard?s father Wayne which one police source said came as a result of a gunshot to the eye.

Then there was the discovery of Bosma?s body followed now by this chilling piece of equipment called the Eliminator.

It?s that out there and horrifying to ponder.

Meanwhile, police are pursing the overall case with an open mind.

Everything from it being an organized ?thrill kill,? to it being a ?truck-jacking? that went wrong are on the table.

They are also scouring through and trying to make sense of social media photographs, narcotics references, slang, TV shows, associations and nicknames and phrases to gain an understanding of what this group of people wanted in this slaying were up to.

?It?s a unique crew that travelled around together,? said the cop.

With this high-flying 27-year-old heir to an aviation business, there were fast cars, racing, parties, travel, air planes and helicopters involved in the day-to-day fun.

And, the purchase of this farm two years ago this month for $835,000 cash.

But, said an officer, the portable crematorium for farm animals is a real wild card in this investigation.

?Twisted,? said the officer.

As of deadline at least two suspects remained on the lam and although the question has been raised if any of them could have also been ?burned beyond all recognition? as Bosma was, several police sources say they don?t think so.

?Everything was going on normal for them prior to Dellen?s arrest so we think they are out there not too far away,? said the detective.

But with something as bizarre as the Eliminator involved, police say nothing that comes up in this case would surprise them.

I'm wagering the Millard kid was importing nose candy with his private planes. The so-called suicide of his father (shot in the eye...who commits suicide shooting themselves in the eye?) was actually a hit. Police ruled it a suicide to cover up a wider investigation.

And Dellen was jacking trucks and shipping them in containers overseas where they have a big lucrative market.

Murder victim Tim Bosma likely fought back when they tried to take his truck - and was killed in the process.

The missing girl? She knew too much - perhaps attempted to extort money out of the rich kid. She vanishes.

Time will tell.

i don't see the connection with th eincinerator. the truck driver would not have been discovered if they were using it in this case right? poor guy was burned up but not incinerated, as it all reads to me.

The full details haven't been released by investigators yet. Perhaps he was only partially incinerated - the unit didn't do a thorough job and left remains behind to be identified. Difficult to say.

I read in one article that investigators had set up large green tents on the farm property over scorched earth areas. And with no livestock on the farm - obviously he must've used the incinerator for something...at some point.

More questions than answers at this point, unfortunately. But I think the info given out to the public so far is just the tip of the iceburg, so to speak.

I live in Kitchener, actually minutes away from the Airport Hangar. This is a huge story right now and all my friends have been sharing information and facebook posts since he went missing.

There's been a lot of weird things happening in Kitchener lately.

Any interesting details that haven't hit the media yet?

crazy case. i think it hits home for a lot of people because who hasn't sold stuff online? though kijiji released a statement saying bosma was never contacted through their site nor did he post any personal info on his ad, so either they found him through autotrader (which is apparently the only other place he listed with) or his listing has nothing to do with it.

Not that I'm aware of. It seems all hush hush. We are learning things just like you are. Although on the way home from my full time job, I saw Hamilton Police cars returning from a search in the field that day. Very surreal, to think it's a huge news piece just down the street from me (well part of it).

I lived in Cambridge years ago (near Southwood)...and knew Ayr quite well. The wife and I often went to the hotel pub in Ayr - and I still do photography in the area once in awhile when I'm up that way.

So yeah, hits kinda' close to home in that sense.

It is, i hope the cops are up to this job because I want to find out the whole story. Of course I feel bad for the victim(s) and their families but this is now a whodunnit/thriller to the public. So now I'm hoping the full story is as bizarre as it gets. These kinds of crimes don't come around that often.

Yeah, caught that on the news earlier in the day.

Still lookin' for a third suspect.

Tim Bosma's funeral was held today. Heartbreaking for the family.
