1) He's probably not commenting due to pending legal action ... meaning, he can't comment even if he wanted to.
2) The guy who made the site is a known problem in the industry, and is being dealt with currently. You don't have to "do" anything outside of posting a comment to have him lose his shit and start to become a creep. I feel really bad for the guy due to his obvious mental illness, but he paints himself into these corners by behaving in this way.Comment
