The chance of getting shot by an unknown person in the US is next to nothing, you could get a few juicy road rage incidents, but I'm not sure that you can compete with the Russians. If I have to take a guess, we would see either baseball bats or gun waving in the US, while the Russians seem to carry wide range of weapons ranging from hatchets to swords.Comment

I don't agree. Chance to get shot in Russia is almost equal to zero. For all my life I haven't seen a single street shooting. My family and all my buddies too. On the other hand, I remember that there was a thread on GFY where american members of this board told various stories on how and when they were shot. So to me it looks like in the USA you have a big chance to face a men with a gun.The chance of getting shot by an unknown person in the US is next to nothing, you could get a few juicy road rage incidents, but I'm not sure that you can compete with the Russians. Russia has some serious homicide rate, but according to the statistics, about 70% of all murders are domestic and the most popular "weapon" here is a kitchen knife. All these police reports always very similar to this one: "Two unemployed citizens fall aboard while they were drinking on the kitchen. In result of this conflict, one man struck <N> stab wounds to his pal, who has died later."
