                    You don't get to leave before you get your ticket. It's a pretty simple concept, really. If you don't want a ticket, don't park illegally.

                        Officer MUST serve you the ticket either by putting in your hand or putting on the car windshield. If you drive away before he does that he can put this ticket up his ass its pretty simple.
