So the cop sees him get in his car, and nonchalantly moves himself in front of the car to ensure he can finish writing the ticket.. He purposely blocked the guy. Totally against policy, surely. He doesn't move right in front of the car either, he does it very smoothly hoping the driver doesn't notice.
THEN when the car starts moving, you can clearly see him get even CLOSER to the car, HOPING the guy runs over his foot..
Unreal.
Save your foot and let the guy drive away.. What's your fucking problem?
Do you think he would have done the same thing if it was a cheap shitty car? Not a chance. He's hoping for a lawsuit.

It's vehicular assault. The officer was within parameters of detaining the vehicle in order to complete the ticket.
Been there/done that...had it happen to me a few years back. Female driver attempted to run me down and I barely managed to jump out of the way. She was subsequently charged with reckless driving and vehicular assault on a law enforcement officer.Comment

That's one of those things you get thrown on the ground and cuffed for. Wonder if it's his car and some other dude was driving it with his feonce...The owners girlfriend seen in the video is Stephanie Pratt from the MTV hit show, The Hills. The car did suffer some damage, paint chips on the door from when the cop slammed it into the cab and some scuffs by the engine bay shown in the last scene of this video. Pretty crazy situation, I was definitely at the right place at the right time!
