How to get my site listed / searched in other Search Engines?

    How to get my site listed / searched in other Search Engines?

    Simple question.

    I have a site, it's not just over 3 months old.

    The first day I built it Google had indexed it however since then I receive zero traffic from any other search engines except Google.

    I know it's indexed in Bing, Yahoo and a Chinese one but I don't get any visitors from these.

    How can I get Bing and the other 1000 sites to start sending me some traffic. I don't want to have to submit manually to any sites.

      From experience a good site should get visitors naturally just from doing "site:domain.com keyword" or "<site name> keyword". If that's not happening then maybe your site isn't offering enough and you should look at that. Do what you can to make the visitors you get "sticky" (stay on the site and come back). Believe it or not but that should translate into better rankings naturally albeit the slow and steady way. If you want to speed it along you can try to use social networking sites but be careful not to overdo it and you should know what you are doing so it's not obvious spam.

          To get results from Bing and Yahoo submit to Bing webmaster tools. The same thing happened to me and since then I'm seeing traffic from bing, yahoo and delta-search.com coming in.
