Stopped eating GMO's, cut out all wheat and corn, replaced with as may organic things as are reasonably priced, hired a personal trainer and started getting in shape, allergy season is the easiest so far for me.

i was given Flonase few years ago but the up the nose delivery and the side effects fucked me up royally...

We live in the same relative area, and I know how you're feeling. My sinuses have been packed the last few weeks. taking over the counter claratin, but that's not helping much. Need to get a nasal spray of some kind.

Definitely worse for myself and a few others I know. My cousin's eyes were so swelled over the weekend she could barely see. My eyes are itchier than ever this year too. On top of all that it's the COLDEST spring i can remember in my area, I always thought the pollen really started flying once it actually warmed up lol.

peppermint tea helps a lot though, opens up the air ways right away and no side effects other than fresh breath. I fill my water bottle with it for when i play ball in the summer. Works perfectly.

I've been using a neti pot rinse and then flonase after. Natural tears rinse for my eyes. I was thinking of buying some local honey, but trying to find it would probably be impossible. And the last time I tried it a few years back, I got a terrible headache.

Yeah man we are close , tbh the only thing that actually works for me is the Liquid Benadryl Syrup but the bad part is that it knocks me the fuck out... I get better but then fall asleep ... heheheh
