Probably for the same reason you don't have a payoneer card.

Reason why I don't have payoneer is that most sponsors I am using don't use it while almost all have paxum.

ITM and Bonga - the best with paxum for me, though i use wire but if you make less than $1000 for a period, you can use paxum, it will be $6 ( + 1% for the bank, if you transfer to card) per transfer, which is less than the $35 per wire.

In fact our affiliates are more asking being paid on paxum than payoneer, at least the bigger ones who does not ask for bank wires.
We even pay on redpass but seems not popular. Webmoney is more popular

However I can tell, most cam girls use payoneer, perhaps when epassporte went boom they switched payoneer and kept there. Only very few cam girls use or ask for paxum. So this may be a reason, but it make not much sense to have less pay options for affiliates... as some even ask paypal or cash in envelopes via pigeon etc.

^ Probably because nobody had ever heard of Paxum before Epassporte collapsed, whereas IIRC the likes of AWE and AFF and maybe Pussycash were offering Payoneer cards for years before the whole Epass shitfest. Actually, that may explain why they don't offer Paxum payout to affiliates too (assuming they don't) because why bother if people have Payoneer.

More payout options are certainly beneficial to the affiliates and payees. When working with affiliates in different countries quite often we'll find that a payout option which is most preferred in one area is not the most preferred in another.
