Yikes! Big mistake.
First, like everyone else here, Segpay is a really respected biller. Cathy and her whole team go out of their way to help their clients. Trying to trash them in a public forum by calling them a scam makes you look bad, not them. Besides that, you should not cancel your Mastercard service. Even if your Mastercard sales are low, you need to make it as easy as possible for your customers to spend money, not harder. You already have at least 2 billing processors in a cascade for this very reason. If I were you I'd offer up an apology to Segpay and get back to work increasing your sales. Best, |

Especially in Florida. For the .htpasswd I think you can change that yourself. They might not want to touch it after they terminated your account since they presumably don't own the server and they severed business relationships/contracts. Anyway you would think it would be smarter for them to reasonably work with you even though you aren't a "bro". It's never smart to piss someone off no matter how big they are. |

I started using my own merchant accounts through Netbilling a few years back and at $500 a year is was worth it to keep my 2 CCBill accounts and my Epoch account open. At $1000 a year it isn't. I let my Epoch account lapse yesterday and one of my CCbill accounts is due for renewal next week, I think I will take the opportunity to let MC know where they can stick it. |

I contacted them to have my rebills moved to ccbill. Now they tell me they are gone.
Those were very old rebills amounting to about 250$ a month. I also just realized that these people are ex-ibill people and you must know they like to solicit business and that's how they got me a few years ago. |

I have accounts with just about every 3rd party billing company and have my own merchant accounts. I don't play favorites, so I can say that SegPay one of, if not the best of the 3rd party options out there.
From their support, to sales to scrub they are fantastic. Wires are never late, EVER! Before you go calling them shady, might want to check facts... SegPay clients get paid directly by the bank, we get paid before they do. |
