So those guys of "DeFacto" go around busting foreigners with hookers, and post videos. You see a turkish, a finnish and so on. Below a (bad) english translation from an Turkish press who interviewed Maxim Golovin, the spokesperson of DeFacto:

My Kiev contacts who are into travel and accomodation, said that since these videos are circulating in the press and forums, it really reduced the trips of foreigners to Kiev, some mentioning "gangs of bullies beating foreigners" as reason for cancellation of already booked visits. Could be these was sex tourists... so these guys was successful in what they wanted to archive. Just this affects hotels and renting, taxi, restaurants, and are we sure only sex tourists change destination after seeing that?

Almost seems fake. You'd think if they really wanted to shame him they would have showed his face. They had it covered up from the start, probably because it was an actor.

If it is real, how do they get away with filming an assault and battery, kidnapping, etc. and posting all the evidence online?

This would result in possible 5 or more years in prison in most countries.
