Has anybody else Zombaio payouts been late this week. It seems the overall time for payouts for us keeps going up from 21 days to I guess now 1 month (30 days) before we see payments. Can anybody else give their experience so I can put this into context.

In the last 2 months, pay outs are getting later and later. I remember getting paid on time every Monday. Not anymore. Monday's turned into Tuesdays, then Wednesdays. So far this week, no pay at all. Be a miracle if tomorrow (Friday) my funds are available. I thought the weekly pay with Red Pass was faster than the wire service. Turns out, red pass is slower. I think I'm going toss my red pass account and go back to monthly wires.
It's too bad because Zombaio has awesome rates and nice customer service. If they could only pay their accounts on time. When pay outs are late, people get nervous and tend not to trust them. It damages future business. I'm not sure if they realize the message they are sending when pay outs are always late.Comment

Zombaio appears just some joke billing offspring that they dont give a shit about. Neither Zombaio, RedPass support , nor Michael has gotten an answer from accounting, where our money is at? Why we don't have it? Why this has happened? And what they are doing to prevent this from happening in the future.

They're current with all payments to me except the most recent, which is only a day late. However, the Zombaio app on my phone can't connect to their server and they haven't dumped my daily sales in 2 days.

They changed their payouts from 14 days, to 20 days:

Now they hold funds 20 days after the payout is created, then it takes about 3 to 5 days for red pass to process the release of your funds.
But that "3 to 5" days is actually about 1 week.
So, the payout isn't that late at all. It takes 27 days to get funds from each payout created. Last payout created on 4-15-13, is due 5-13-13...which was yesterday, so they are only 1 day late.
The problem is Zombaio used to pay after holding funds for 14 days, then the red pass delay. They never informed anybody they are now holding funds for 20 days + red pass processing.
This is the only explanation I can come up with. All I get from Z is "we're having technical problems."
I like my explanation better because it gives me hope that one day I'll get paid.

Another thing to consider is the electric current runs slower in Europe, so it takes many more days for the electronic wire service to transfer digits from Zombaio to red pass. We are spoiled here in the US with fast electricity.Comment

Look I finally got my late payout, so that is good, eventually they do pay, but it is too hard working with extended or late payouts and no reasonable explanation or communication.

They seemed a good choice last year, then Christmas hit... late, and every month since then only one payment has arrived on time. Any company that doesn't pay out on time simple indicates they have cash flow problems.
A couple days here and there late.. well ok, but every weekly payment apart one being at least 7 days late since last year, I have lost all confidence in them.
That coupled with over 50% of my signups with them get rejected, and my other payment processor accepts them without issue... its like I am fighting both sides with them.
So CCBill and Epoch - are these guys on time with payouts?, ready to moveComment

Since that delay hiccup, I've been getting paid with no problems and enjoying weekly payouts.

This is the key question with regards to Zombaio. At what point does the bad outweigh the good? The answer will depend on your circumstances and will be different for everybody.
I have been with them since early 2008 when they offered daily payouts delayed 7 days ie sales from 1st paid out on 8th for a $10 wire fee and no holdbacks.
They are obviously not quite the great value they were then, but taking into account the good and bad, for me, the savings that I make in processing fees compared to ccbill and epoch still make it worth my while to keep using them.Comment
