I got my money sent from Zombaio to my Redpass e-wallet.when i tried to load them to my redpass mastercard i got that BS message that : due to some BS technical bla bla your transaction must be processed manually ( like a handjob or something)

then openned a ticket and i got this answer: "This is due to a technical issue our tech department is working on this and we will send you a SMS as soon as its solved."

This was 30 hours ago ( or maybe more)
I contacted the live support , explained my problem and asked for more info
and what answer do you think i got?...."This is due to a technical issue our tech department is working on this and we will send you a SMS as soon as its solved."

Fuck yeah...so the live support is just doing the regular copy/paste job
The live support dude also said that this is due to fact that they " randomly do some transactions reviews and verification"....what a lame answer....

If it's true and they do these BS reviews they should do it with the new registered users
wtf they want to review and verify for somebody who's with them for almost two years?


btw: This is the 3 rd time or more when this shit happens.

i think they are having cash flow problems or going bust. Its the only explanation i can think of why they are not transferring to mastercard as thats the point it leaves their account and is really "paid"

If they don't do something quick the possible cash flow will not be their only problem. I think many people will drop off on their services..including me .

Funny how a redpass rep don't jump in and explain the situation. when it comes about promoting their business and explain us how great their services are..they are all over the god damn place. when it comes to situations like that...they stay hidden

Your RedPass MasterCard could not be direct loaded.
Your load request is pending and will be processed manually as soon as possible by the RedPass team. We will send you an SMS/TXT as soon as your MasterCard is loaded.

just a fore warning.....you could be next in line for having your account closed...zombaio has a documentable history of closing peoples accounts who question them directly on the boards about late payouts.

Other companies won't close your account but they just manipulate your form submissions and lock them in at 12% for an entire year.

yep 12% for 12 months in a row when your form submits are 35% a month average for 6 years straight.

then to really show you who the boss is your form submits can be dropped down to 1%
When you have 1 % form submits you know you have pissed off the right parasite

these are the games and actions of shameless,vindictive, parasitic middle men.

It's always upsetting when people don't pay you on time, and don't respond to your requests for information, but big font infantile expletive filled rants may make you feel better but they won't get you paid quicker and just make you look unprofessional.

Zombaio support is legendarily slow I know, but they do resolve issues normally. Michael O or Tomas' contact details are all over GFY. Calm yourself down, and contact them and wait for them to resolve it. I don't believe they are deliberately fucking with peoples' money, but I do believe they are understaffed.

I managed to load to my redpass card today, but once when one of our studios had a problem, I contacted Michael O about it and although he had to wait for Choice Bank to open to get their techs on it, it did end up getting resolved relatively quickly after that.

But maybe I get special treatment as when I have a problem I contact them and wait and don't post in countless threads that they are mother fucking cock suckers?

I am with Zombaio and haven't had any problems yet. My payments are always on time but i have only been with them for around 4 months now.
