    Do you buy blog posts?

    Hi guys,
    I have a question i hope you can answer for me.
    A little under a year ago i bought tons of blog posts from people on gfy where i wrote the text, added 2-4 embedded pictures from my sites and added 1-2 links.

    I tried this method on a few of my sites for a while but stopped eventually.
    I can really be conclusive as to whether the posts were beneficial or not.

    I didn't really have too much of an increase and there were so many pandas and penguins running around that it was hard to see what was what.

    I would appreciate any info you can give me if you have any experience, positive or negative using blog posts as a backlink method for your sites.

      blogs are dead unless you have tons of backlinks from pr sites

          Getting blog posts on blogs that are just filled with rss feeds, are pr0 and get no traffic in my opinion is not worth it. Spend the time finding link an posts on sites that are clean an maintained and have traffic. If you want just traffic best to just buy plugs instead. You wont get the backlink juice but you will get the traffic.

              Well i was referring more to the link juice rather than the traffic.
              I'm not surprised that i don't get any traffic from these blogs but with enough relevant posts on relevant sites i would hope to see some improvement.
              Regarding the rss feeds.
              I can't say that i checked all of the blogs manually because that would be crazy but i checked several of them for duplicate content and the ones that i found that were either taking their posts from other places or just using rss feeds i deleted from my lists so i assume most the posts are not on blogs with rss feeds.

                  If you are buying a post. most likely its not staying on the front page of that site anyway. So if its a blog that has minimal juice to begin with. Being on page 67 I dont think provides much link juice. My opinion.
