I have been pushing CCBILL to add Arabic to their forms and implement the new rebill notification as in NATS 4 into their system.

We need a collaborated effort to convince them.

Problem is there system is ancient. It would probably be easier for them to create a whole new system then it would be to code anything into the system they currently have.

Ive been asking for new forms for over 2 years, they even sent 2 news announcements out that they were coming soon, they never materialised. There's only so many times you can bash your head against a brick wall.
