I clicked on your Join button, and this leads to a PayPal sign-up page to sign-up for $5.99/mth, so even at a 70% payout for the Affiliates, that is only $4.20 a sign-up (and you keep the other $1.79/mth, woohoo).

I did not see a 2257 notice on your site. Although your content is non-nude, it still includes content per the changing 2257 regs, which could potentially land you in some hot water if you are not careful (the government has tried to broaden the law in the past to include certain non-nude content, which some of your images could potentially fall under - naked girl touching her vagina with wet spots underneath on blanket, bottle of J&J baby oil covering a photo zeroed in on her vagina, etc - also, Johnson and Johnson's lawyer's may be contacting you about that too):





I noticed that you are using PayPal as a biller too. Be careful that you do not run afoul of PayPal, because you could potentially lose your account without warning (costing you and your affiliates money), if you are not in compliance with PayPals rules, so I would run your site by PayPal's compliance group in case you have not already done so (instead of waiting for them to shut you down).

Any time someone asks this question, I always reply: Why would anyone pay for nude girls? There's prob more nudes on the net than non-nudes. Right? I think since its only photos, I'm cool with making it similar to the cost of a magazine.

I am aware and I'll be taking this advice seriously. Thank you for it. I do make sure that I'm only dealing with girls 18+. As for brands, like Johnson & Johnson, I'll take that chance.

Paypal won't be part of the affiliate program. I'm building it so that affiliate traffic doesn't get PP as a payment option. It probably will go away completely as I do know that PP is uptight. Thanks.

I agree that video is important for the viewer experience, but for creative reasons, I've decided not to go that route. My theory is that the non-nude niche is about stimulating the viewer's imagination. If I ever do video, I think it would be a documentary/interview series along the lines of the "Shot by Kern" vids that were produced for Vice.com. However, that does detract from the imaginative element, so this is why I have remained on the fence.

His content is of a high standard, yet membership is a lot cheaper than other sites which are not so good. I do think surfers would pay $20 + for this. As is often said, sometimes a low price makes the surfer think that the site can't be very good, so it puts them off joining.

Its unfortunate that I have to draw a line here, but I am not willing to go that high with my price at this time. I know first-hand that lower prices don't always equal more sales. But I would feel like I'm asking too much for what I'm providing: 3-4 non-nude photo sets a week.

it depends on your traffic sources - affiliate traffic will come from sources that are well acquainted and accept 20-30 bucks for a paysite - including one like yours.

what did you do at DD? i was a friend of Stephen's, i think about him all the time, how unfair life is.
