Actually there were two pilots tied to Clinton both of which were sucided shortly after their discovery, one was Barry Seal

What triggered the Iran Contra affair was a plane shot down that was based out of the Inter mountain Regional Airport in Mena, Arkansas. Which then led to investigation into Barry Seal http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barry_Seal which led to Clinton himself.

I'll have to dig up the other whom had actual documented delivery info to Clinton (even picked up shipments in his governor's limo) backed up by a Mexican General's own documentation. This particular pilot was supposedly unaware of his cargo until he decided to have a look. After figuring out what he was importing he started documenting his flights. He came out with the info as Clinton was announcing his run for President then he disappeared and later washed up on shore in mexico headless.
