Someone recently told me that low (6 digits) ICQ numbers are worth something to someone... Hell if I know who... or why.
Anyone know more about this?

It has been proven that the lower a person's ICQ number the less pussy he has had over the same time period compared to a high ICQ number holder.

It's hard to hack low-digit ICQ numbers, reason being is because many of the people who use it aren't active or forgot the password, etc.
