it was a road rage incident, and I believe he was chasing somebody with his car at high rate of speed lost control and slammed into the back of a vehicle where a mother had two children with her while she was at the rear of the vehicle with the trunk open.
It happened so long ago it is hard to remember the exact details...
That's how I remember it also. The articles posted today are the first I've read about the victim and the hell the accident put their family through and 5 years incarcerated seems way to short.
"WTF, on google you can find the answer to every question in human history, EXCEPT how to convert cams..

yet all surewood did was hit the brakes. he didn't force the guy who actually killed and injured the people to swurve into them instead of away from them. guilty of reckless driving causing death, sure. i wouldn't say guilty of murder though.
you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..

so what happened to that guy? Is he still in jail?
man, I didn't want to get into an argument, but, all problems are problems of communication.
All I'm saying, or at least what I was trying to say, is that I can't blame him for the instinct of being like "damn something REALLY intense just happened, I need some weed"
He's a piece of shit. If I was involved in a fatal accident the first thing I would do is seek help. Not run for dope.

No offense to you, or your opinion, but that is just plain silly...just my opinion.
It sucks that he killed those people, and if THAT was his first "instinct"...pathetic.

I think there was a lot more to the story than just Brian hitting the brakes. If I recall there were multiple witnesses that put the two cars racing at high rate of speed moving back and forth in and out of traffic. I didn't say he should be charged with murder, but as I recall he was definitely more negligent than just hitting the brakes, was thinking more along the lines of vehicular manslaughter.
