[WTS] 300x250 side spot on index of 6k uniques a day tube site (creampie niche)

I have 1 spot I will open up on my new creampie tube that is doing 5k uniques a day min for past 4 - 5 months many days it goes past 6k. Some restrictions on what can be sold to not be competing with me, no fame dollars or streamate content. Can have another legit cam site ad, but would prefer you sell something in the creampie niche. Price is flat fee of $100 mo, there are only 2 ads on the side bar both mine, 3 ads total on index page and I won't add more other than the one I am offering for sale. I keep the site non-spammy and surfer friendly, which is why google loves the site, and why I am number 1 for a killer term. Beating out all of the biggest tubes in the biz for #1 spot.

Perfect ad spots would be a swinger site or another extreme or micro-niche creampie site or dating for cucks or swingers, interracial dating.

As I said price is $100mo flat rate and is payable via paypal or if need be paxum. Also, it doesn't have to be 300x250 could be a 160x600 or anything reasonable that fits. I will also allow you to change the ads multiple times within the month as long as it follows the same rules.
